RENEGOCIATION OF A CHEMICAL DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT IN VARIOUS COUNTRIES

Assistance of our client in the renegotiation of a contract for the distribution of chemicals in several countries with improvements in existing terms including by adding a whole part on the concession of the right of use of the brands concerned in said countries.

Not being the drafters of the original contract, verification of our client’s rights on the trademarks to be licensed and of whether all necessary filings have been made to protect such trademarks and whether they are still valid for the territories granted. Verification of the chain of devolution of distribution rights.
