Some news in the e-sport bar sector! The Swedish KAPPA BAR group purchases MELTDOWN, a major French actor in the e-sport bar activity


The law firm DUMAS STRUCTURE is proud to have supported the MELTDOWN partners in the sale of their company to the Swedish KAPPA BAR Group. MELTDOWN already operates 20 e-sport bars in 6 countries. The KAPPA BAR Group thus becomes the largest owner of e-sport bars in the world. Sophia METZ, President of MELTDOWN, will continue her activities alongside Robert DRAGOVIC, President of the Group, with a view to 100 new openings by 2027. Congratulations to Sophia and Robert!
