2025 - ISSUE OF A 4TH TRANCHE OF FREE SHARES

Dumas Structure has implemented of the 4th tranche of free share issuance for certain executive employees of a company managing a franchise. Employee shareholding is a tool for success.

Dumas Structure helped the issuer determine the duration of the acquisition and retention periods for the free shares, set up all the legal documentation, including the unilateral promises to sell by these employees to allow, if necessary, the issuing company to repurchase the shares in case of the departure of said employees, since the goal is to motivate employees and not to maintain shareholding of people who do not participate in the company's development.
