Michelle is a partner at YingKe law firm, Shanghai Office. She obtained her legal education in a prestigious law school in Israel and is qualified to practice law in Israel and New York. Michelle has also graduated from China-Europe International Business School in Shanghai, where she obtained her MBA degree.
In the past twenty years Michelle has accumulated broad and deep legal experience as well as operational experience while serving as General Manager, Legal Representative and Chief Representative in multinational companies in China.
Michelle’s experience in China is versatile and includes foreign direct investments, real estate transactions where the seller is a foreign company, restructuring, labor compliance, general corporate, mergers and acquisition, litigation and intellectual property. Michelle is assisting foreign clients throughout their initial steps and ongoing activities in China, while providing management services as well as legal support in cooperation with qualified PRC attorneys.
